The college is a co-educational institution. Hostels for both boys and girls are divided into houses with colors Red, Yellow, Blue, Green and Orange. The hostels are divided into compartments; each accommodating four students. Hostel masters/mistresses are in charge of the hostels and report on damages in their respective hostels or misbehaviour among students in addition, they invite the maintenance department to fix damages reported and discipline any erring students.
Since the college places a high premium on the welfare of female students, we also have corps members (females) who take charge of the day to day welfare of the female students.
The College runs an efficient laundry service with washing machines and other modern facilities to cater for students’ laundry needs.
Concordia has a comprehensive sports complex with facilities for both track and field events. It also has Volley ball and Badminton courts, as well as a large Football pitch to mention a few.
Common rooms have provision for with large screen LCD TV sets for students who like movies but these rooms open for use on only weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
We boast of a kitchen that reflects the ingenuity of our indigenous technology. Likewise, we have kitchen staff made up of dish washers, cleaners and cooks who are responsible for keeping the kitchen environment clean and providing decent meals.
The college clinic has beds for students who are ill. A trained and experienced nurse takes charge of the clinic with the assistance of two corps members (females) who administer prescribed drugs to the students.
Students have access to well equipped private clinics in Yola as well as Government hospitals such as Specialist Hospital Yola (state owned) and Federal Medical Centre (Fed. Govt. owned). Students are taken to any of these health facilities as requested by students’ parents.
The V.P Administration supervises the work of the cleaners, laundry workers, cooks and Hostel mothers to ensure that there are no lapses.
